Your selected items might not be available due to some unlikely causes. Universal Gold possesses the right to cancel or refuse your order at any point. After placing the order, we refund your money entirely if the product is unavailable. We always keep you updated via email with your order details and cancellations.

Pricing, Taxes & Shipping Costs

Prices:  All the prices mentioned on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Gold and other precious material’s prices may vary according to market trends. But you would pay the price as given at the time of checkout. Your payment is subject to the period of your order.

Taxes: Sales, GST, or HST depend on your shipping address or location. Taxes are included in your transaction and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs: These depend on factors such as your location and the item you purchased. It is non-refundable even if you want a refund or replacement of the items. However, we are responsible for delivery charges if there is an error on our side.

Please consider that order fulfillment is based on the availability of products. You will receive the package in seven to ten business days. Weekends are excluded from the delivery time if the order is placed on Friday.

We will share the tracking number with you via email. Delivery time may extend depending on your location. Orders within Canada usually take less time. Our vigilant service providers update you on order details like processing, shipment, and exact delivery date.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You can cancel the order within 24 hours after order placement and confirmation. Any fees such as shipping fee or processing fee will not be refunded if the order is cancelled or refunded. Kindly contact our customer care department via phone or email. You can not cancel the order once it is dispatched. We offer a 14-day return policy subject to approval by Universal Gold. The items should fulfill specific criteria for a refund such as the product state and the current market price. Items should be in their original state with their original packaging and sales slip. The return shipment is on you. You will have to pay the shipment charges. After inspecting the receipt and products, we refund in seven to ten business days. We offer a complete refund or replacement if the item is broken or damaged. All you need to do is inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Our sales staff is available 24/7 to assist you regarding orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Universal Gold sends you the package from an insured and registered courier service. Check the tracking number and confirm the package is yours before signing the receipt slip. You are responsible for tracking the order and informing us about any damage or problem with the delivery within 24 hours.

Legal Compliance and Restrictions

Export Restrictions: You must follow all the rules and regulations if you want to export gold from Canada. Your order fulfillment is subject to overseas shipment approvals under your local laws.

Age Restrictions: The age restriction for purchasing gold at Universal Gold is 18 years. This should be a legal contract according to the state rules.
